jbajji Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jbajji website accessible at jbajji.app and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Player" or "you" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account held on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits held within an Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by jbajji subject to wagering requirements as communicated at the time of the offer.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a monetary stake placed on any game, sporting event, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladesh Taka, the functional currency of the Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the operational time zone of jbajji.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

To register an account on jbajji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced. Registering with false date-of-birth information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in placing bets or operating the Account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jbajji or had an account permanently suspended for policy violations.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any employee of jbajji or its software providers.

jbajji operates a strict one account per player policy. If a Player is found to hold multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — jbajji reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit all balances held therein without prior notice.

During or after registration, jbajji may request identity verification documents including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or mobile wallet transaction history. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by jbajji may result in Account suspension and temporary hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.

jbajji processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are communicated within the Account cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. jbajji reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. jbajji may request that a Player withdraw via a different method in exceptional circumstances.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) under normal operating conditions. Card withdrawals may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
• jbajji does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees, for which jbajji bears no responsibility.
• All withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering checks. jbajji reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
• Players may only withdraw funds to accounts or wallets registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension.

jbajji does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction may result in Account suspension.

jbajji offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be satisfied on the bonus amount (or the deposit plus bonus amount, as specified per promotion) before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower wagering multiples; refer to the individual promotion page for the applicable rate.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• jbajji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to its being credited to a Player's account. Once credited, the applicable wagering requirement must still be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• Players found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or systematic low-risk staking patterns designed purely to clear wagering requirements — will have their bonus balances forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.
• Bonus offers are subject to game contribution rates. Live casino wagers may contribute at a different rate to slot wagers; the contribution schedule for each promotion is listed in its individual terms.

jbajji's bonus terms are reviewed periodically and may be updated. Continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised bonus terms.

By placing any wager on the Platform, the Player agrees to the following conduct rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. jbajji will not void a bet based on a Player's change of mind after confirmation.
• jbajji reserves the right to void any bet where the Platform has accepted it in error — including where incorrect odds were published due to a technical fault — and to return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, jbajji's settlement decision based on official result sources shall be final.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets is strictly prohibited. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Collusion between Players — including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated low-risk hedging — is strictly prohibited and will be investigated when flagged by jbajji's fraud detection systems.
• The maximum bet and maximum payout limits applicable to each game or market are displayed within the game interface or betting market. jbajji reserves the right to cap any payout at the advertised maximum limit regardless of the stake placed.

Game outcomes on all jbajji slots and table games are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by jbajji's licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. RNG certifications are maintained by those providers independently.

jbajji is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following player-protection tools are available to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations, after which the Platform will automatically log out the Account.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply for a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, login is disabled and no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from jbajji may contact support at [email protected] to request permanent self-exclusion. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

jbajji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Conduct that jbajji determines, in good faith, to constitute fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified period.
• Operation of multiple accounts.
• Use of VPNs, proxy services, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Upon termination for cause, jbajji reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, void unsettled bets, and withhold real-money balances pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation. Where no policy breach is established, remaining real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

All content on the jbajji Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall site design — is the intellectual property of jbajji or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Players are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jbajji.
• Screen-capturing, recording, or streaming Platform game sessions for commercial purposes requires express written permission from jbajji.

Game content supplied by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, etc.) is additionally subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jbajji's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

• jbajji does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
• jbajji is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• jbajji is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet, or device failures that affect a Player's ability to place or settle bets.
• jbajji does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to live sports scores, odds, or jackpot amounts.

Nothing in this clause limits jbajji's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

jbajji collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected includes registration information, transaction history, device identifiers, and gameplay data.
• jbajji employs SSL/TLS encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform.
• Personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected].

jbajji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following procedure applies to all amendments:

• Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account at least 7 days before the amendments take effect, except where immediate implementation is required for legal or regulatory reasons.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect each amendment.
• Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the jbajji Platform.

• In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact jbajji support in the first instance via [email protected]. jbajji will endeavour to resolve complaints within 5 business days (BST).
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support channels, the Player may escalate the matter in writing, detailing the nature of the dispute, the relevant dates, and the resolution sought.
• jbajji's decision on any matter relating to bet settlement, account status, or bonus eligibility, issued following a good-faith review of the facts, shall be final and binding unless demonstrable procedural error is established.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require it.
